The goal was to emphasize the importance of personal development, taking responsibility and conflict management. We surprised them from the very beginning, making the journey to Sitges on board a catamaran. We succeeded in making them dare to take risks in the fire-walking activity, to build in the Sand Sculpting activity, and to take responsibility in an escape activity. All in collaboration with Emma Roca, with coaching sessions throughout the event.
